How to Find Your Invisible Profit Potential With the 80/20 Rule

Until I read Perry Marshall's Book, 80/20 Sales and Marketing, I never knew that every business has invisible profit potential.

Once I read how to find it, it was a real eye-opening, forehead-slapping moment, because I realised it wasn't invisible at all, and it's actually in full view (if you know where to look).

And you can find it using the 80/20 rule because it's 'hidden' in the 20% of your sales.

In this book it says that when you're paying attention, you can find more opportunities for more income and less work.

So take a hard look at how and what you sell and see if there's something "between the lines" that your missing.
